Vinted Go in the US: a Vinted Go Shop, a SpeedX label and a pick-up code for a Vinted order

In the US, a Vinted Go parcel shop is called a Vinted Go Shop: a local business where you can drop off or pick up a Vinted order shipped with SpeedX. SpeedX is the delivery partner behind the option. Sellers hand the labeled package to a shop, buyers collect it with a pick-up code, and you find the nearest shop on Vinted Go's official location map. That is the whole US service as Vinted describes it today. It is smaller than the Vinted Go most people read about online, which is a network of lockers and parcel shops in Europe.

Because Vinted Go means different things in the US and in Europe, this guide sticks to what Vinted's US pages say, says plainly what they do not say (lockers, a list of shops, a price list), and keeps the European service in a separate section at the end.

Vinteer is not affiliated with Vinted

This guide summarizes Vinted's US Help Center, the Vinted Go United States site and Vinted's newsroom as read on November 7, 2026. Vinted can change shipping options, prices and locations at any time, so check the checkout screen and the official location map before you rely on a detail.

What is Vinted Go in the US?

Vinted's US Help Center explains it in one sentence: Vinted Go is partnering with SpeedX to offer two ways of shipping and receiving packages within the US.

  1. From a Vinted Go Shop to a Vinted Go Shop. The seller drops the package at a shop, the buyer collects it at another one.
  2. From a Vinted Go Shop to the buyer's address. The seller drops the package at a shop, and it is delivered to the buyer's door.

Everything runs on a prepaid shipping label generated by Vinted, so it only applies to orders paid with the "Buy now" button. Vinted Go's own US site describes the shops as local businesses in your neighborhood, where you can "get your package at your own pace" and show staff your pick-up code or label.

A few terms are worth untangling, because searchers use them interchangeably:

Does Vinted Go have lockers in the US?

Vinted's US pages do not mention lockers. Every US page we read talks about Vinted Go Shops with staff: "shop staff will scan the label on your package," and buyers "show the pick-up code to the shop employee." The US partner page for shops describes a handheld scanner, parcel bags and "a single shelf" of storage, not a locker unit. Vinted Go's own partnership menu offers US businesses only "Become a parcel shop", where the version of the same menu for other countries reads "Host a locker or become a parcel shop."

So if you search for "Vinted Go locker" in the US, you will mostly land on European information. Lockers are part of the European service (see the Europe section below), and we found no announcement of them for the US.

Is Vinted Go the same thing as SpeedX?

Not exactly. At checkout the buyer sees SpeedX as the shipping option. Vinted Go is the shop network and brand behind the drop-off and pick-up points. Vinted's help page is titled "SpeedX shipping" and explains Vinted Go Shops inside it, which is why people search for both names.

SpeedX also ships between the US and the UK (from a Vinted Go Shop to the buyer's chosen UK pick-up point) and sits in the list of US carriers next to USPS, FedEx and Better Trucks. Vinted says SpeedX and Better Trucks are limited to specific regional zip codes, while USPS covers all 50 states, Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico. For the full carrier comparison, see our guide to Vinted shipping.

Where is Vinted Go available in the US?

Vinted does not publish a list of zip codes, cities or a count of US shops. What the official pages do tell you:

  • SpeedX is limited to specific regional zip codes. If it is not available in your area yet, you will not see it at checkout. Vinted says it is "continuing to expand the SpeedX network."
  • Vinted Go's US homepage shows a scrolling list of nine states under "Find us in your neighborhood": California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Texas. The page does not say what the list means, so treat it as a hint, not a guarantee of coverage in every city of those states, and not as proof that other states have no shop.
  • Ignore the "25k+ partners" and "4k+ cities" counters on that page. The same two figures appear on the European Vinted Go homepage, so they are not US numbers.

The practical test is simple: open the map and search your address (next section). A shop within a short drive means the option can work for you. Nothing nearby means you will use USPS or FedEx instead.

How to find a Vinted Go Shop near me

Use the official Vinted Go location map. It is the first result for almost every "Vinted Go near me" search, and it is the link Vinted itself gives in its help page: vintedgo.com, United States locations.

  1. Open the map and make sure the country is set to United States (it appears in the page header).
  2. Search an address or move and zoom the map, then use the search prompt ("Enter an address or zoom and shift to search the map area"). The page offers a Map view and a List view.
  3. Open a shop to see its details. The page is built to show opening hours and a "Get direction to" link for each point, and its banner explains that these local businesses "let you skip the post office and keep your packages safe until you're ready to get them." Confirm the hours before you drive over.
  4. Compare a few shops. Sellers drop off at the nearest one. Buyers who choose pick-up can pick the one that suits their routine.

Inside the Vinted app, the choice happens at checkout. As a buyer you choose SpeedX, then either home delivery or pick-up at a Vinted Go Shop, and then add your home address or select a pick-up point. Vinted's help says the same for both: pick the delivery option, confirm the details, then pay. If SpeedX is not offered for an order, Vinted lists the possible reasons: the seller's shipping settings, a provider limitation such as certain zip codes, or availability on Vinted.

How to send a package with Vinted Go (seller)

This is the seller flow in Vinted's help page, in plain steps. It starts after a buyer pays with "Buy now" and selects SpeedX.

  1. Press "Get shipping label" in the conversation with the buyer. The label appears in the app and is also sent to your email.
  2. Print the label at home and stick it on the package. Vinted's help page says to download and print it. Vinted Go's own US site says to show your prepaid label to staff. Neither page says shops will print a label for you, so print it before you leave.
  3. Pack the item properly. Sturdy outer packaging that fits snugly, no unpadded bags, filler for empty space, strong tape, and the label flat on the largest side with the barcode visible and old labels removed. Take photos of the item and the packed package, inside and outside.
  4. Drop it at your nearest Vinted Go Shop. Staff scan the label.
  5. Look for the confirmation email that the package was dropped off.
  6. Keep proof of shipping (a copy of the label) until the order is completed.

Deadlines are the same as for any Vinted order: you have 5 business days to ship after the purchase. If you cannot make it, you can ask the buyer for 3 or 5 extra business days from the conversation screen. Miss the deadline and the order is canceled automatically.

Use the label of the carrier the buyer chose

Vinted says the prepaid label generated for the order must be used. A different label or the wrong shipping method cancels the order automatically. Once the buyer has picked SpeedX, you cannot swap it for another carrier.

How to pick up a package at a Vinted Go Shop (buyer)

Vinted's help page gives these buyer steps:

  1. Choose SpeedX at checkout and select home delivery or pick-up at a Vinted Go Shop.
  2. Confirm delivery details by adding your home address or selecting a pick-up point, then pay.
  3. Track the package in your conversation with the seller.
  4. Wait for the email with a package pick-up code and instructions.
  5. Show the code to the shop employee to collect your package.

For home delivery, have a valid photo ID ready to accept the package.

How long does the package wait for you? Vinted's buyer pages refer only to "the indicated deadline," which is in the email you receive. Vinted Go's US page for prospective shop partners says customers have 7 days to pick up a parcel and that a driver collects it otherwise. Vinted's US pages we read do not say what happens to the order after that for a buyer, so collect it as soon as the email arrives.

Orders paid with "Buy now" are covered by Vinted's Refund Policy if an item is damaged, significantly not as described, or never arrives. You have 2 calendar days after Vinted notifies you that the order should have arrived to press "Everything is OK" or "I have an issue." If you let that window pass or confirm the order, the payment goes to the seller. Our Vinted return policy guide covers the claim step by step.

How much does Vinted Go cost?

The seller pays nothing for the label. The buyer pays the shipping price shown at checkout, and Vinted says SpeedX orders to a Vinted Go shop continue to ship for free. That last line comes from Vinted's "Great shipping prices" help page, updated October 30, 2026, and it comes with conditions you should know about:

RouteSpeedX, Vinted Go Shop to Vinted Go Shop
Buyer pays$0, per Vinted, "while offer lasts" and where SpeedX is available
Seller pays$0
RouteSpeedX, Vinted Go Shop to buyer's address
Buyer paysThe price shown at checkout (Vinted publishes no rate card)
Seller pays$0
RouteFirst purchase or first sale
Buyer pays$0 on a new buyer's first purchase and on a new seller's first sale, applied at checkout
Seller pays$0

What Vinted says about prices after the free offers: they vary with carrier availability, package size, distance and order value, they are always shown at checkout before you confirm, they can change, and they apply only to items shipped within the US. International shipping is excluded.

Vinted Go's US site also states that pick-up at a Vinted Go Shop costs less than home delivery. It does not give a figure, so we do not either. Vinted charges sellers no selling fees (see Vinted fees), so your payout is the item price. For the full picture of who pays what, read Vinted free shipping.

Vinted Go tracking: how to follow a package

Open the conversation with the buyer or seller and press Track package. You can also follow the link to the carrier's tracking page or copy the tracking number. Vinted Go's US site links its "track your package" button to SpeedX's tracking site at tracking.speedx.io.

  • Tracking can take up to 48 hours to appear on Vinted after the package is sent. If you shipped but nothing has updated, press "I confirm I've sent the order" so the order is not canceled while tracking catches up.
  • A package can take up to 25 business days to arrive. After that, or when the status says "Package seems to be lost," press "I have an issue."
  • If you have the package but tracking is stuck, use "Mark as received" from "Track package."
  • Tracking exists only for orders paid with "Buy now" and sent according to the in-app instructions.

Lost or damaged packages: what Vinted pays

Vinted may compensate a seller for a lost or damaged package if three things are true: it was sent with the Vinted-generated label, it was packed properly, and the shipping provider confirmed the loss or damage. The amounts are set by the provider and its terms, and the gap between carriers is large:

CarrierSpeedX
Compensation per package (domestic)Up to $15
US to UKUp to $27
CarrierUSPS
Compensation per package (domestic)Up to $100
US to UKUp to $27
CarrierFedEx
Compensation per package (domestic)Up to $100
US to UKNot an international option

For a $15 T-shirt that does not matter. For a $90 pair of boots it does: if the SpeedX package is lost, the stated limit is $15. Think about the value of the item when you decide which carriers to leave turned on. If the buyer is the one who picked SpeedX, the order is still protected for them by the Refund Policy, but your seller compensation follows the table above.

Two more rules come from the same page. Investigations can take several weeks. And if you receive compensation for a lost package, or a package returned to a pick-up point stays uncollected after the indicated deadline and any extra holding period, its ownership transfers to Vinted Go Inc., which may handle, sell, donate or dispose of it under applicable law.

Vinted Go customer service

For the US, Vinted Go's own FAQ page is short: contact the Vinted support team by logging in to your Vinted account. Vinted's tracking help adds that the Help Center homepage lets you select your order and see options to contact Vinted. We found no separate US phone number for Vinted Go customers, and the number a Vinted Go Shop partner uses is for shop partners inside their app. Be wary of phone numbers on third-party sites. Our Vinted customer service guide lists the official channels.

Is Vinted Go legit?

Yes, in the sense that matters for a buyer or seller: it is Vinted's own shipping brand and it is built into the checkout.

  • Vinted's newsroom describes Vinted Group as including the marketplace, "logistics business Vinted Go" and the payments business (April 2025 results).
  • Vinted's US Help Center documents the SpeedX and Vinted Go Shop option, including the compensation rules above.
  • Orders paid with "Buy now" are covered by the Refund Policy, whichever carrier is used.

Vinted does not publish a satisfaction score for Vinted Go in the US, and we did not use review sites as a source. The red flag is a shop or a person asking you to pay or ship outside the app: you only ever use the label generated inside your order.

Can my business become a Vinted Go Shop? (Vinted Go partnership)

Yes. Vinted Go has a US page for shops ("Become a Vinted Go Shop") with an application form. According to that page:

  • No upfront investment. Vinted Go sends a welcome kit (scanning device, printing labels, parcel bags, storefront stickers).
  • Pay: shops earn a fee for every parcel they scan, paid monthly.
  • Work: scan parcels at drop-off and pick-up, store them securely, prepare bags for driver collection, and sometimes answer basic parcel questions.
  • Commitment: the initial term is 1 year from activation, then it renews automatically unless either side gives 30 days' written notice.
  • Support: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET.

This section is for business owners. As a seller or buyer you do not need to do anything to use a shop.

Vinted Go in Europe: separate context

Most of what you read about Vinted Go, including most videos and articles, describes Europe, where it is a different and larger service. None of the following is a US rule:

  • Vinted's annual results (published April 9, 2026) say Vinted Go Carrier operates in five markets: Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain, and that Vinted Go launched in Spain and Portugal in 2025.
  • The April 2025 results describe Vinted Go as offering shipping "via locker and pick-up-drop-off networks," building on its networks in France and the Benelux.
  • Vinted Go's European site presents a network of lockers and parcel shops with flat-rate pricing for business customers. The US site is limited to Vinted Go Shops and SpeedX.

So locker instructions, parcel size grids, prices and holding periods from European guides should not be applied to a US order. The sources for the US are the pages listed in this guide.

Keep your shipping costs and payouts in view

FAQ

Conclusion

In the US, Vinted Go means Vinted Go Shops and SpeedX: print the label, drop the package at a shop, and let the buyer collect it with a pick-up code, with the official location map as your starting point. It is free for the seller, free for the buyer on some routes while the offer lasts, and limited by zip code, so check the map first. Know its limits too: a $15 compensation cap on SpeedX, no lockers, and no published list of shops. Anything you read about lockers, sizes or holding periods in Europe belongs to a different service.
