Using the Site and the waitlist today
Vinteer is not open in the US yet. Today you can browse the Site and join the waitlist with your email address. Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a contract for the paid Service.
- By joining, you agree to receive emails about our US launch. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email.
- We do not promise a launch date. Features and prices shown on the Site may change before launch, and the Service may differ from its description today.
- Waitlist members receive the launch discount described below. Nothing is charged to join, and nothing is charged until you choose a plan and confirm payment.
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
The Service
Vinteer will help online sellers organize their sales and purchases: it will import your sales and purchases, calculate margins and costs, and produce documents and exports for your own records. The Service evolves, and we may add, change or remove features.
Vinteer provides information and tools. You remain responsible for your business, for the accuracy of your data and records, and for your own taxes. Please check your obligations with a qualified professional before you file, pay or make a decision based on figures produced by the Service.
Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details confidential.
- You agree to these terms, and to the subscription terms below, with a clear action at sign-up, such as checking a box. We keep a record of what you accepted and when.
Acceptable use and third-party platforms
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of others;
- reverse engineer the Service, bypass its security or technical limits, or scrape it at scale;
- overload our infrastructure or use the Service in a way that harms it or other users;
- resell, rent or share your access without our written permission.
Third-party platforms. Vinteer is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Vinted or eBay, or by any other platform. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of Vinted, eBay and any other platform you use with Vinteer. Those terms may restrict automated tools, business use or the resale of purchased items, and a platform may restrict or close your account. You decide whether and how to connect an account to Vinteer, and you accept the risks of that decision. We cannot guarantee that a platform will continue to allow the way Vinteer works with it.
Trademarks of third parties belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
Your data
You keep ownership of your data. You give us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use, store and process it only to provide and improve the Service. You confirm that you have the right to import the data you bring into Vinteer, including information about buyers such as names and delivery addresses.
You can export your data at any time. After you cancel, you have 30 days to export it. After that, we delete it, except for records we must keep by law.
Subscriptions and billing
When Vinteer opens in the US, it will be offered as a monthly subscription. The plans announced at launch are Starter at $29 per month and Pro at $49 per month. The price for your plan is shown before you pay, and amounts are in US dollars.
- Taxes. Prices are shown before sales tax. Sales tax may be added at checkout where the law requires it. You are responsible for your own taxes.
- Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it is resolved.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
Your subscription will automatically renew. Before you pay, we will show you, next to the payment button, the plan, the price, that it renews every month, the date of the first charge, and how to cancel. You will need to agree clearly to these terms, with a box that is not checked in advance. Your payment method will be charged every month until you cancel.
- Cancel online, any time. You can cancel in your account settings, in one step, without calling or emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, you keep access until then, and you are not charged again.
- Confirmation and reminders. We email you a confirmation with the renewal terms, the price, the date of the next charge and how to cancel. We also email you a reminder once a year with the plan, the frequency, the amount and how to cancel.
- Price changes. We give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change takes effect, with instructions to cancel. If you do not want the new price, cancel before it takes effect.
- Refund of the first charge. If you contact us within 7 days of your first paid charge, we will refund it. After that, we do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
We keep a record of your consent to automatic renewal for as long as the law requires. To ask about a charge, write to contact@vinteer.io.
Waitlist discount: 20% off for life
People who joined the US waitlist receive 20% off the price of their subscription for life, on the following terms:
- It applies when you sign up for Vinteer with the email address you gave on the waitlist, or with the code we email you.
- It lasts for as long as your subscription stays active without interruption, on the plan you chose. It applies to Starter and Pro. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the discount does not come back.
- It does not apply to taxes, has no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be combined with other offers.
- We may close the waitlist to new sign-ups. Discounts already granted stay in place on these terms.
Intellectual property
The Site and the Service, including text, graphics, logos, interfaces and code, are protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Service for your own business or personal needs, under these terms. Complaints about copyright can be sent to contact@vinteer.io.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, such as hosting, payment, email and sign-in providers, and on the platforms you use. We do not control them and are not responsible for their interruptions, changes or decisions, including a restriction placed on your account by a platform.
Disclaimers
THE SITE AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some states do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost business, or the suspension or closure of your account on a third-party platform.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or intentional misconduct. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Your responsibility for unlawful use
You agree to compensate us for losses and reasonable legal fees arising from a third-party claim caused by your unlawful use of the Service or your violation of someone else's rights. This does not apply to anything we did ourselves.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend or end your access in case of a breach of these terms, fraud, non-payment or a security risk, after notice when the situation allows it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property, liability and the sections on governing law and disputes, continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes, we email you at least 30 days before they take effect. If a change is not in your favor, we ask for your agreement again, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute is not resolved amicably, the courts of Paris, France, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the state where you live. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you cannot waive under the law of your state.
Amicable resolution first. Before you or we start a court case, write to contact@vinteer.io with a description of the problem and what you ask for. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.
These terms do not require you to resolve a dispute through arbitration. You may also bring an individual claim in the small claims court of your county of residence, if it qualifies.
General
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and the Service. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may send you notices by email. Neither of us is liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
